BSM Crew Service Centre Mumbai was established in 1992 and is BSM India’s headquarters for recruitment with 4 branch offices throughout the country concentrating on recruitment only.

The manning agency’s pool consists of more than 4,250 seafarers onboard and ashore seafarers employed on various vessel types, such as bulk, container, product and chemical tanker, cruise, offshore, as well as VLOC, VALEMAX, LPG, PSV, AHTS, MPV, ROV, DSV and dredgers.

The recruitment centre employs nationals from India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Pakistan.
