SPEED AND CONSUMPTION FIGURES BASIS SUMMER DRAFT, EVEN KEEL, MAX BEAUFORT FORCE 4 AND/OR DOUGLAS SEA STATE 3, WITH WAVE AND/OR SWELL SIGNIFICANT HEIGHT NO TO EXCEED 1.25MTRS AND NO ADVERSE OR NEGATIVE INFLUENCE OF CURRENTS/SWELL.

PERIODS WHEN THE SPEED IS REDUCED DUE TO CHARTERERS INSTRUCTIONS AND WEATHER PERIODS IN EXCESS TO BEAUFORT 4 AND OR DOUGLAS SEA STATE 3, ARE TO BE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED FROM UNDER PERFORMANCE CLAIM AND CALCULATIONS.

FOR WINTER SEASON/LOW TEMPERATURE PERIODS ADDITIONAL TO ABOVE FIGURES CONSUMPTION OF MGO ABT 0.5-0.8 MT TO BE BURNED.

VESSEL HAS THE LIBERTY OF STEAMING AT SLOW SPEED OR STOP/BEING IDLE FOR THE PURPOSES OF BALLAST EXCHANGE IF REQUIRED WHICH TO BE ON CHARTERERS ACCOUNT, MARPOL ANNEX VI TO APPLY. VESSEL CONSUMES ADDITIONAL LSFO WHILE PERFORMING BALLASTING/DEBALLASTING OPERATIONS AND CLEANING OF VESSELS HOLDS.

BUNKER GRADES : IFO to be 380 CST with parameters of RMG 380 as per ISO 8217:2017, MGO to be DMA as per ISO 8217:2017. Sulphur content of IFO to be below 0.5%; Sulphur content of MGO to be below 0.1%. Where practical charterers’ supply of IFO/MGO will not be loaded in a bunker tank that has not been stripped of its previous supply, only unpumpable remaining, in any case, owners approval is required.

Certificate of quality for any bunker stem to be provided to Owners prior to bunker delivery. Vessel can only be bunkered up to 85 percent tank capacity. Comingling of bunker stems not allowed.
