For sale exclusively from owners a fleet (complex) of specialized vessels that removes, transports, and processes bilge water, sludge, and waste from ships calling at and transiting Estonia. The owners prefer to sell the fleet as a single block but are open to selling the vessels separately. Both m/t Nafta and m/t Lotos can also be utilized for bunkering operations.
Additionally, the owners are open to selling their Estonian bunkering subsidiary. This sale includes the official Bunkering Permit and m/t Lotos, which is fully equipped for bunkering operations and tied directly to the permit.
All vessels are in good trading condition and may be inspected in Tallinn at one berth.

4. TREATMENT PLANT “PUMER-1” (Reg. No 1N00109), DW 500 mts (684 m3).
This tanker barge was built in Riga Shipyard, Latvia in 1961 and converted
into the treatment plant in 1995 and has undergone regular upgrades and
modernizations since then, ensuring reliable operational condition.
She has to be permanently moored at a berth.
Flag – Estonia, Class – Estonian Transport Administration.
Class (Seaworthiness Cert.) is valid till 13.07.2031, last DD 09.2024, AS 13.10.2027,

Machinery, Piping and Shipboard Systems:
a) The aft boiler room is fitted with two steam boilers, each rated at 725 kg/h of steam
production at a working pressure of 1.0 MPa (10 kg/cm²). The same compartment also
houses 115 V, 4.8 kW steam-driven turbo-generator.
The aft pump room is equipped with a steam-driven cargo pump having a capacity
of 80 m³/h at a discharge pressure of 0.8 MPa (8 kg/cm²).
During the conversion, the following electrically driven pumps were installed in
the same compartment:
– NBS 10/40 centrifugal pump, capacity 10 m³/h at 0.4 MPa, serving the oily
water treatment system;
– VCN-90/II electric cargo pump, connected in parallel with the steam-driven cargo pump;
– VCN 10/40 bilge pump, capacity 10 m³/h at 0.4 MPa.
b) The forward pump room is fitted with EMP-16.5/3-4 electric pump unit incorporating
an RZ-30 gear pump, with a capacity of 16.5 m³/h at a discharge pressure of 0.3 MPa,
serving the sludge (oil residues) discharge pipeline.
c) The former skipper’s cabin on the poop deck was converted into a flotation treatment
room. The following equipment forming part of the oily water treatment plant was in-stalled:
– AP-60-03-I electroflotation unit, treatment capacity 1 m³/h;
– Electrical power consumption: 0.1–0.3 kW;
– Power supply: 12 V DC, operating current 5–10 A.
