Abacus is a subsidiary of ship owner – Louis Dreyfus Armateurs S.A.S., Paris, France. The company was formed for the purpose of providing safe and cost efficient ship management services to in-house and third party ship-owners. ABACUS SHIP MANAGEMENT LIMITED (“Abacus”) was incorporated in Hong Kong on 31st March 2010. and passed it’s ISM audit for Bulk Carriers in June 2013 under Class NK.

Abacus specializes in the management of dry cargo vessels, including bulk carriers, chip carriers, and car carriers, and has the capacity and experience to extend management services to third party owners.
